YW Winter Camp

Its official, Jeff and I survived Our first YW winter camp. I am one of the camp directors in our ward and they asked Jeff to go too. So, we went shopping, got the games together and headed out to Payne Lake Lodge. It wasnt much of a camp, but it was a get away. With 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the girls spend more time running around playing hide and seek in the dark then sleeping. But waking up to 8 more inches of snow, we were happy to be inside a lodge and not in tents. All in all it was a great trip. No one broke any bones and we all made it out safely.

I know that moving to Raymond worried Jeff, since he is such a social guy. I'm sure he thought that he was going to have to spend way more time with me than he wanted to. But we have actually met alot of people here. There are may young couples in our ward and I even reconected with an old friend!! Sheena and Kevin just had a baby girl, but were able to catch a night away to play mini golf with us! We had a blast, but I'm realizing now that we never did add up the scores to see who won.
